Each theater has four missions pitting a pair of opponents against each other. Spread across the four main theaters of the War, the game lets you join up with one of the five major combatants - the Americans, British, Germans, Russians and Japanese. Equal parts Tribes and Medal of Honor, Battlefield 1942 is a team-oriented shooter that puts the emphasis on action and puts the action in the various theaters of World War 2.
But while the fun of the multiplayer sessions has us effectively chained to our desks pleading for "just one more match," the single player game leaves much to be desired.įor those of you who don't know, Battlefield 1942 is the latest game from DICE and EA and one that we haven't been able to stop playing.

As Ivan pointed out in his first impressions piece last week, it's gratifying to see so many people who normally just lounge on the fringe of PC gaming become so passionate about this game. Some of us would even say it's one of the most enjoyable games we've played in any year. Since none of us have a clue what we're talking about, i hoped someone here would be able to help finding or maybe be willing remaking something like it.On the strength of the demo alone, anybody here at IGN would have to name Battlefield 1942 as one of the most enjoyable games we've played so far this year. My friend is 50, i'm 41.we're not big time hackers or anything like that, just some old guys that wanna have fun playing a game.not much more to it To be honest, i never considered it a hack, cause more people were using it and i like i said, no previous or later experience playing online.but i do understand where you're coming from, and i apologize if i made it seem like i have bad intentions
It might not seem far fetched for you, but i'm not familiar with ahk and din't know what i was looking for.so for me it hasn't been that obvious I didn't show him the image cause he said he doesn't remember more than the name & isn't playing games anymore eighter. Searching for the program, i searched for members of the small clan and stumbled on an old forum post one of the made, i sent him a message and to my amazement he replied.which started my search for the ahk thing I stayed in though with 1 TAW member & he proposed playing BF1942 again, so i ordered a new game & joystick and am now waiting till he gets set up With that i've played far cry 2+3 & COD MW 1-3, but only the single player games.i also bought far cry 4 but my laptop can't handle it Mid 2009 i swithed jobs and stopped playing games entirely cause i didn't have time for it anymore and everybody was starting to play COD MW1 which my pc couldn't run anyway.till i got a new laptop in 2015.

I joined a server called =TAW= Battle of britain, got talking to some TAW guys and got stuck there.i liked flying but never got much further than takeoffĪ TAW member pointed me towards a small 6-man-clan that spent all their time dogfighting on their own modded server & they kinda gave flying lessons.so i spend a few months on their server to learn how to fly.they gave me the AHK thing That was late 2008.when the game had already lost most of its popularity I haven't played online games before or after BF1942, which i played less than a year.Ī friend was gonna throw away his old pc when he got a new one.he threw it in my direction cause i didn't have one.it had bf1942 with it It looks like it, but it had fewer boxes and i think they said things like look left / look right The image isn't the actual thing i had back than, no.i've been googleing for things like 'program ahk script bf1942', 'ahk bf1942 joystick' and stuff like that for a few days and found this clicking on some images.
